- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics operations

- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the transportation process
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to negotiate contracts and pricing
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct regular quality control checks on shipments to ensure accuracy and safety
- Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
