Job Description
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network equipment and infrastructure
- Perform site surveys to determine networking needs and requirements
- Configure and optimize network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure network performance and reliability
- Monitor network performance and analyze data to identify and resolve issues
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users in resolving network-related problems
- Update and maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to different locations for on-site support as needed.
