Brief Job Description:
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues with hardware, software, and network switches and firewall
- Installation: Setting up switches and firewall hardware and software, and helping new employees set up their workstations
- Training: Teaching users how to use new software and IT regulations
- Maintenance: Keeping equipment and software up to date
- Monitoring: Keeping an eye on the performance of a company's Networks infrastructure
- Advising: Recommending technological solutions to executives
- Documentation: Creating technical reports and manuals
- Researching: Keeping up with the latest computing technology
- Logging: Recording logs of support provided to clients
- Remote support: Providing technical assistance remotely or on-site
