Job Description

- Perform MIG welding on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to produce quality welds
- Set up and adjust welding equipment and recommend improvements to processes
- Inspect welded components for accuracy and quality control
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Continuously train and develop welding skills to stay current with industry trends
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to ensure seamless workflow
