SNEKITHA DAIRY PRODUCTS is seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist Chemist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological and chemical analysis of dairy products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Job Description

- Conducting microbiological testing on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure product safety and compliance with regulations
- Performing chemical analysis on dairy products to assess quality and determine nutritional content
- Collaborating with production team to troubleshoot any issues related to microbiology or chemistry
- Keeping accurate records of test results and communicating findings to management
- Identifying potential areas for improvement in the production process to prevent contamination or quality issues
- Conducting research on new testing methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Training and mentoring junior lab technicians on proper lab procedures and protocols
- Participating in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies to demonstrate compliance with industry standards.
