- Manage purchasing and supplier relationships for spare parts
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize spare parts inventory levels
- Forecasting and budgeting for spare parts procurement
- Monitor and analyze spare parts usage and inventory turnover
- Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular reports on spare parts performance and inventory management
- Train and mentor team members on spare parts planning and coordination
- Drive continuous improvement in spare parts management processes.
