- Oversee and manage all HR and administrative functions within the organization
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Manage recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Coordinate with department heads to address staffing needs and ensure proper allocation of resources
- Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Assist in training and development initiatives for employee growth and job satisfaction
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information
- Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure a competitive advantage
