We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team at Talent Leads HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate must have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Job Description

- Develop and implement financial planning strategies and policies

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the organization

- Manage and monitor financial performance and reporting

- Identify areas for cost savings and revenue generation

- Collaborate with senior leadership to make informed financial decisions

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Lead a team of financial analysts and professionals

- Provide guidance and support to team members as they execute financial planning initiatives
