The Logistics Manager at our organization will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse management. They will collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze and improve logistics processes. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage a team and drive continuous improvement in our logistics operations.
Job Description

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the logistics process, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, implementing new technologies and tools as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements
- Track and report key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management
- Proactively resolve any logistical issues that may arise, minimizing disruptions to operations.
