Job Description
- Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers to ensure code quality and project deadlines are met
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance
- Develop scalable and resilient software solutions using best practices and following coding standards
- Stay current with technology trends and continuously improve team processes and methodologies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
- Drive innovation and contribute to the evolution of the software development team
- Act as a technical leader and advocate for software engineering best practices and principles within the organization
