About Squadra Media:
Squadra Media is a performance-driven digital marketing agency, helping brands grow through social media, content, paid media, and data-driven marketing. We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead our account management team and drive client success at scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & mentor a team of Account Managers, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns.
- Oversee 10-12 key client accounts, managing relationships at a senior level.
- Develop and execute client growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless cross-team collaboration (strategy, creative, media, and tech).
- Drive performance optimization, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Own client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth across accounts.
- Stay ahead of digital trends to offer innovative solutions.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in account management/client servicing at a digital agency.
- Proven experience managing teams and scaling client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies & performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive revenue growth & client success through strategic planning.
