Job Description

- Assist the Plant Head in overseeing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient production processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement efforts
- Support in developing and implementing strategies to optimize plant performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in managing a team of production workers and supervisors
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities for the plant
- Provide input in decision-making processes for the plant operations
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
