We are seeking a highly skilled ITI Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming CNC machines, as well as experience with manual machining techniques. Responsibilities will include setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, performing regular maintenance on machines, and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Job Description

Urgently required ITI (Machinist) & Diploma (Mechanical) candidates for a Noida based Medical Device manufacturing company.

- Operate and maintain manual and computer numerical control (CNC) machines in the production of metal parts
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances
- Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper functioning and quality output
- Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues or defects
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Comply with all safety and quality regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
