Job Description
Designation – Server Support Engineer-IT/ Asst. Support Eng. -CP
Education – Any Technical Graduate (BE-Computer, BSE-IT OR BSC-Computer science)
Experience – 0 to 1+ years. (Fresher candidates also apply)
Working – Monday to Saturday Salary – IT -18000 CTC/ CP-16000/-
Joining – Immediately
Note:- Candidates should be flexible to work on weekends. They will be eligible to get any day as a weekly off during the week.
Job Responsibilities
- Should have sound knowledge of Desktop/Laptop support, hardware & networking concepts.
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Record technical issues and solutions in logs
