Job Description

- Lead the IT department, providing strategic direction and management
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT infrastructure
- Manage and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business operations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor IT staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in order to make informed decisions
- Report to upper management on the performance and progress of IT initiatives.
