Job Description
- Provide technical support for backend systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain servers, databases, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Support software development teams with backend implementation and integration
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system monitoring
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met for backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support new technology initiatives
- Document processes and procedures for backend support and maintenance
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices for backend support
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
