- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment and software
- Ensure security and data protection measures are in place

- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Stay up-to-date on IT trends and best practices
- Assist in network administration and maintenance duties as needed
