Job Description

- Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional manner
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
- Providing information about products and services offered by Neogen Care
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Following company policies and procedures when handling calls
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Adhering to call center metrics and targets
- Adapting to and effectively communicating with customers from various countries and cultures
- Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
