As an International Voice representative at Sutherland, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers around the world. Job Description

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to international customers regarding products and services.
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
- Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
