Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow client relationships on an international scale. - Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) and various sales tools to manage accounts effectively. - Drive inside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - Lead a team of IT sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction ratings. - Develop sales forecasts and work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies for sales growth. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. - Travel to international client locations as needed to build strong relationships and close sales deals.
