Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients across different regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate international markets.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and attending industry events. Convert leads into sales by demonstrating the value of iTech India's services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our digital transformation services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully. Ensure that all agreements are profitable and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or an MBA with Sales and Marketing Specialization 
  • Proven experience of over 3-5 years in international sales, preferably in the digital transformation or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Location: Chennai (Ambattur Estate)
