Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Marketing Works. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to the success of our digital marketing solutions.

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Educate prospects about our digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and website development.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospects, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.

Salary – Rs. 15K to 20 K per month plus sales performance incentive. This can be on an average something around Rs. 10K per closed deal

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English-Speaking and writing Skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Solid understanding of Digital Tools and Social Handles relevant for Prospecting
  • Use Digital and Email platforms for prospecting
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Outstanding negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of successfully closing sales deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
