HR Resources is seeking a motivated Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for a variety of positions within the organization. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the full recruitment cycle. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting interviews, screening candidates, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Screen and source potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Provide guidance on hiring strategies and best practices
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Coordinate with external recruiting agencies when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures
