Job Description
- Assist with recruitment, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Provide support for performance management and employee relations
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR team on projects and initiatives
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes
