- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Oversee employee relations, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Handle performance management and employee development programs
- Conduct training sessions on company policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover and retention rates
- Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and objectives.
