Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other platforms to attract top talent
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with candidates
- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
- Stay up to date on recruitment trends and best practices
- Work closely with HR team to identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress.
