Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with company culture
- Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract top talent
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding process for new hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to recruitment
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management and stakeholders.
