Job Description
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other potential talent pools
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
- Work closely with HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience.
