Job Description
- Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication with candidates
- Collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidate fit and make hiring decisions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other HR team members
- Participate in team collaboration and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes.
