As an HR recruitment specialist at Achievers organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create job postings to attract qualified candidates. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and negotiate job offers to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process. You will also be required to coordinate with external recruitment agencies, attend job fairs, and utilize social media and other recruitment tools to reach potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding the right people to help our organization succeed.

Job Description

- Responsible for managing recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Oversee admission processing for new employees and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Write engaging and informative job postings to attract top talent to the organization
- Utilize e-commerce platforms and social media to promote job openings and reach a wider audience
- Lead a team of recruiters and coordinate their efforts to ensure hiring goals are met
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration.
