Job Description

- Recruiting and sourcing high quality candidates for various job positions within the organization
- Utilizing clear communication skills to interact with potential candidates and provide information about job opportunities
- Assisting in customer service by responding to inquiries and providing support to both internal and external clients
- Proficiency in Hindi language to effectively communicate with candidates and team members who speak Hindi
- Utilizing internet expertise to browse job boards, social media platforms, and other online resources to identify potential candidates
