Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading Recruitment Consultancy.

Our client is a hard-core technocrat of (O&M) of thermal power plant sector having authority to turn around any dysfunctional / deficient power plant by their exceptional dedicated and result-oriented team. They combine technical expertise & a team of Highly skilled workforce to provide life cycle power solutions, optimizing plant performance and their customer's progress.       

They are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join their team and specialize in hiring top talent for the power plant sector. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring skilled professionals for various roles, including engineering, technical, operational, and managerial positions in thermal, hydro, solar, and renewable energy projects.

Role: HR Executive (Recruitment)

Industry: Power Plant

Years of experience: 2-5 years (from Industrial Sector – preferably Power Plant sector)

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Office Location: Ahmedabad

Language requirement: English, Hindi, Gujarati

Education: Any Graduate

Monthly Salary: INR 30,000 to 35,000

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

    • Identify, source, and attract candidates for specialized roles in the power plant sector.
    • Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and employee referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
    • Develop strategies for filling hard-to-fill or niche roles within the energy sector.
  2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

    • Conduct detailed screening interviews to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications and expertise.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
  4. Recruitment Process Management:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational policies.
    • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  5. Market Research and Trend Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks in the power plant and energy sector.
    • Share insights on recruitment strategies and workforce planning with the team.
  6. Employer Branding:

    • Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities.
    • Promote the organization’s values and opportunities to attract top-tier talent.
