JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
• Assisting in documentation of selected candidates and rest of the on boarding formalities.
• Collecting documents from the selected candidates.
• Evaluate candidates through job portals & Social networking.
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, On boarding & Exit formalities.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
