HR Resources is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to attract top talent and effectively manage the hiring process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Job Description

- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and manage the interview process from scheduling to feedback
- Prepare and send offer letters and conduct reference checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Proactively seek out ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
- Conduct onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide support to HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
