Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals
- Screen and assess applicants to ensure they meet position requirements and company culture fit
- Coordinate with external agencies and job boards to maximize candidate outreach
- Utilize HRIS and recruitment software to track and manage candidate activity and progress
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the employer brand and attract candidates.
