The HR recruiter at Hr is responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, and conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role. The HR recruiter also plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience, managing the offer and onboarding process, and continuously seeking ways to improve recruitment strategies and processes. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description

- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct phone interviews to screen potential candidates and assess their fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives
- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
- Make job offers and negotiate terms of employment with candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
