Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages with potential hires
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy
- Provide feedback to candidates and assist with onboarding process
- Stay current on HR trends and recruitment best practices
- Support HR team with additional projects and tasks as needed
