Job Description
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment process for various business units within the organization
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Extending offers to successful candidates and negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Managing candidate relationships and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborating with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
