Job Description
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
- Manage and coordinate the whole recruitment process
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with leaders to identify future hiring needs and plan initiatives
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
