Job Description
The primary duties include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Flipkart Sellers; working with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and understand staffing needs; using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent; cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners; scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and facilitating the hiring process; tracking and analysing recruiting metrics to measure success; and staying current with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
Help with the orientation and onboarding of new employees.
