Erekrut is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. This individual will also be tasked with managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Job Description

- Utilize HR knowledge and experience to effectively recruit candidates for various positions within the organization
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize talent acquisition techniques to attract and retain top talent for the organization
- Lead a team of recruiters to ensure successful recruitment processes and outcomes
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to determine candidate suitability
- Collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and systems
- Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices in order to improve recruitment effectiveness.
