Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
2. Sourcing appropriate profiles from different channels of sourcing.
3. Screening and aligning candidates and handling the process till closure and onboarding.
4. Fulfilling targets given by stakeholders within given timeline.
Person Specification
· Bachelors Degree in any subject
· A minimum of 1-2 yrs working experience in TA
· Good negotiation skills and excellent communication.
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
· Ready for Work from Office in Gurgaon Location.
