Job Description
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and application forms to determine qualification and fit for the company
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate's motivation, strengths, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates to team members
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
