Job Description
- Utilize strong administrative skills to coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process
- Manage admission processing for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected
- Assist with admissions procedures, including conducting interviews and evaluations
- Provide admissions assistance to candidates, answering questions and guiding them through the process
- Collaborate with HR team to determine recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate records and files pertaining to recruitment activities
- Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and admissions
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and feedback
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience, reflecting the values and culture of the Achievers organization.
