- Implement recruiting plans and strategies to fulfill staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and professional networks
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the job requirements
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and fit for the role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to discuss requirements and expectations
- Manage job postings on various platforms and monitor applicant response
- Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
