- Act as a customer service representative for all HR-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Source and screen candidates using various online platforms and tools
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for all involved
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate hiring needs and priorities.
