Job Description
- Identify and recruit top talent for various departments within Amazon
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews for potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize ATS system to track applicant progress and manage candidate pipeline
- Assist with onboarding and orientation process for new hires
- Build relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting resources to attract candidates
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR related matters
- Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues
- Partner with HR team members on special projects and initiatives
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
