Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Create and maintain employee policies and procedures
- Conduct training and development programs for all staff members
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Manage the HR budget and forecast future needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the HR function.
