Nextus Global Services is seeking an experienced HR Lead to oversee all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. As the HR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes to attract top talent, conducting performance evaluations, resolving employee disputes, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. The HR Lead will also collaborate with management to address staffing needs and support organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strategic and proactive approach to HR management.

Job Description

- Oversee attendance management for all employees - Coordinate BPO services and ensure efficient operations - Understand and manage compensation packages effectively - Maintain and organize all HR-related documentation - Implement strategies for employee engagement and retention - Handle employee relations issues and conflicts - Conduct thorough employment checks for new hires - Develop and update HR policies in line with company objectives - Manage payroll and ensure accuracy in payments - Utilize strong recruitment skills to attract and retain top talent
