Planedge Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team. The HR role will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This individual will also handle benefits administration, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and develop HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Coordinate performance management processes, including monitoring employee progress, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Work closely with senior management to address organizational development and workforce planning needs
- Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to ensure smooth operation of HR functions
- Drive a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering employee engagement and retention.
